Hard reset method is used to reset mobile its orignal settings in case of unsupported application installation or frozen mobile. In other case if you forgot screen pattern lock and you have not setup google account to reset pattern lock then we have a choice to reset pattern lock via key combination. 1.Turn Off Your mobile
2.Press and hold Volume Down + Power Keys together
3.Press Power Key To Erase All Data
4.Press Power To Confirm
5.Wait Until The Phone Restarts
